Mathieu Erramuzpe joined Jones Fortuna from the Southern Environmental Law Center. He holds a law degree from Harvard Law School, and has litigated cases involving numerous environmental statutes, including the Clean Water Act, NEPA, RCRA, and the Endangered Species Act.
Ari S. Gordin
Associate
Ari Gordin also comes to the firm from King & Spalding’s environmental practice. He holds a degree from Harvard Law School and a Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and brings real-world engineering experience focused on water and wastewater treatment.

With degrees from Harvard and Vanderbilt Law School and a U.S. District Court clerkship, Elizabeth Holden joined the firm from King & Spalding’s environmental practice, where she focused on environmental litigation.
Jeremy M. LaDart
Senior Water Resources Planner & Economist
Jeremy LaDart is a Senior Water Resources Planner and Economist. With over 23 years at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jeremy brings deep knowledge of the processes and policies governing the development, justification and funding of federal water resource projects, offering clients invaluable insight into project reviews and execution at the district, Headquarters, and Assistant Secretary of the Army levels.
Dave Hobbie
Strategic Advisor and Senior Environmental Specialist
Dave Hobbie is a Strategic Advisor and Senior Environmental Specialist with more than 36 years in water resource management and infrastructure development. He served as Regulatory Program Chief in four USACE Districts and as Deputy District Engineer in Jacksonville, where he oversaw one of the nation’s largest civil works programs and the Everglades Restoration.
